We started our journey working in restaurants, bars, and hospitality outlets, where we developed hands-on skills in customer service, floor operations, and team leadership. Along the way, we used several Reservation Management Systems, most of which caused more problems than they solved.

We faced clunky interfaces, missing features, and disconnected guest data that slowed down service and added stress to daily operations. These gaps inspired us to build QuickSeat, a smart, user-friendly Reservation Management System that combines real-life operational needs into one powerful platform.
